Blacklane is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our EMEA team based in Berlin, focusing on our German markets.

If you are data-driven, dynamic, with skills in relationship building, negotiation, and problem solving, we invite you to apply. Your role will be to develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize and grow our markets sustainably. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact key markets and collaborate with a global team.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Develop and implement a regional strategy that integrates global standards with local market needs.
• Manage and enhance the cost, quality, and availability of supply partners (professional chauffeurs).
• Analyze data and performance metrics to improve fulfillment, margins, and quality.
• Maintain successful account management of supply partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational performance.
• Conduct quality checks and business reviews with key supply partners.
• Work to make Blacklane the preferred partner for supply partners by understanding their needs and reducing operational costs.

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a creative approach.
• Operationally efficient with a focus on identifying optimization opportunities.
• Experience managing KPIs, goals, or roadmaps.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
