Zusammenfassung

Rhenus SE & Co. KG is seeking a strategy-focused professional to support regional and country corporate strategy, prioritize initiatives and allocate resources to ensure alignment with global strategy and execution plans.

You will lead high-impact initiatives that drive improvements in performance and growth, own opportunities from identification through implementation, and assist with budgets, monthly reviews, governance, and executive-level workshops.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of the regional and country corporate strategy and assist in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources and ensure alignment between global strategy, regional objectives and country execution plans.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive measurable improvements in business performance, organizational effectiveness and long-term growth, taking full ownership from opportunity identification through implementation and successful execution.
• Support with definition of budgets and monthly performance reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and to support management decision-making.
• Monitor key business KPIs and establish reporting structures for strategic initiatives.
• Benchmark country and departmental performance against internal and external best practices.
• Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and participate in management reviews, strategic workshops and leadership forums.
• Track key decisions and follow up on agreed actions
• Coordinate special assignments from Senior Leadership
• Represent Senior Leadership in selected meetings or projects where appropriate
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency and collaboration within the geographical scope.
• Lead and support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Promote best-practice sharing across European countries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
