Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support development of regional and country corporate strategy, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and align global strategy with regional and country execution plans.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and successful execution.
• Support budget definition and monthly performance reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support management decision-making.
• Monitor business KPIs and establish reporting structures for strategic initiatives.
• Benchmark country and departmental performance against internal and external best practices.
• Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare for and participate in management reviews, strategic workshops, and leadership forums.
• Track key decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate special assignments from Senior Leadership.
• Represent Senior Leadership in selected meetings or projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across the geographical scope.
• Lead and support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Promote best-practice sharing across European countries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic positions within the Logistics Industry or Management Consulting
• Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus
• Track record of successful high-impact project implementations
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress into future management positions
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business impact
