What you´ll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for our market segments to drive growth within the General Manufacturing & Maintenance market.
• Drive M&A strategy for respective markets and support operationalization to ensure inorganic growth.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, including R&D and sales leadership, to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations aligned with our strategy.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to foster alignment.
• Support committee work for senior management.

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or similar strategic roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven experience in strategy development and execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English.
