You are the architect of the structures and processes that make execution possible: sprint logics, portfolio steering, tooling, roles – you bring clarity to growth. As the backbone of strategy execution, you work closely with the CEO, Product, Tech, and the entire leadership team.
Your tasks
- Build a scalable operating model with clearly defined roles, processes, tools, and KPIs
- Design and implement a robust operating model with clearly defined roles, processes, tools, and KPIs
- Develop and scale the company-wide sprint system (including objectives, project structures, milestones)
- Introduce effective portfolio and resource management practices
- Shape seamless interfaces between strategy, product, tech, and business
- Identify and coach key internal roles (“owners”)
- Drive operational initiatives and support the development of business operations and KPI frameworks
Your Experiences
- You have built and scaled operational structures - as Program Director, Company Builder, Chief of Staff, Operating Partner, or in a similar scale-up role

- You bring 5+ years of relevant experience building workflows, steering mechanisms, and cross-functional processes - whether in startups, venture building, or consulting
- You’re hands-on, highly structured, and capable of prioritizing in dynamic environments - and passionate about bringing order to complexity
- You deeply understand what it takes to execute - balancing focus, pragmatism, and team empowerment
- You don’t work for the sake of process, but for real impact and you not only deliver yourself, but also enable others to deliver their best
- You are confident presenting at executive level (in German and English) - both in content and visual storytelling
