Our client, a globally renowned firm, is expanding its Corporate Strategy & Development team in Frankfurt. This is a high-impact opportunity for driven professionals with 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate development to shape transformative growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead end-to-end process improvement projects, driving efficiency and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize operations and align with strategic objectives.
• Leverage data analytics to develop KPIs, uncover insights, and track transformation performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to craft strategies for international market expansion and operational excellence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices into operational transformation.

What You Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or operational improvement, with international exposure.
• Native fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-cultural settings.
