What we\'re looking for:

• Technical Expertise in Technology: familiarity with IT/Tech due diligence, IT/Tech strategy and transformation, and IT merger integration.
• Strategy Consulting background: 2+ years in strategy management consulting with a focus on the TMT sector
• Functional Knowledge in Strategy & M&A: Experience in strategy and transformation, buy- and sell-side transactions, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Fluent German speaker
