What You Can Expect

• You will independently support executives from well-known clients across various industries in digitizing their core business within our project teams.
• You will take early responsibility for specific (sub)projects, topics, and team members, depending on your experience.
• You will translate the latest technology trends into innovative business ideas and develop sustainable business models and strategies.
• Through customer, competitor, and best-practice analyses, you will create well-founded decision-making bases. You will strategically involve knowledge and experience holders on the client side in innovative workshops to contribute to the results.

What You Bring Along

• An above-average completed degree, ideally focusing on business, technology, IT, or innovation.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in strategy, digital, eCommerce, or in an established management consulting firm.
• Solid experience and enthusiasm for topics such as digital business models, corporate strategy, change management, transformation management (agile), organizational development, coaching, multichannel customer experience, online marketing, CRM, M/eCommerce IT systems, IoT, connected life.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, result orientation, leadership potential or initial leadership experience, convincing presentation skills, and strong communication skills in both German and English at least at C1 level.
