I'm currently supporting a well-established ServiceNow consultancy based in the Netherlands, who are looking to engage experienced freelance Strategy or Change Consultants to support long-term digital transformation projects with major enterprise clients across Europe.

This is a hybrid role, primarily remote with occasional on-site workshops (EU-based travel), focusing on business change, strategy alignment, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful ServiceNow-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and business change initiatives related to ServiceNow rollouts
• Translate business goals into actionable transformation plans
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption and alignment across the organisation
• Drive change management efforts to support platform implementation and optimisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and business leaders
• Support the delivery teams with insight on business impact, process alignment, and readiness

Experience Required:

• Solid background in business strategy, change management, or transformation consulting
• Previous exposure to ServiceNow programmes (ITOM, CSM, CRM, etc.)
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Fluent in English; other EU languages are a bonus
• Based in the EU and open to hybrid work model
