We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategy & Business Development Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across European markets. Are you ready for a new challenge in a rapidly developing insurtech? Look no further.

Your role in a team:
  1. Drive European expansion: Lead cross-functional teams in executing market entry strategies and launching high-impact activities across our insurance verticals in Europe.
  2. Strategic project management: Take ownership of high-priority initiatives, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment and accountability across departments.
  3. Revenue growth strategy development: Monitor, analyze, and explore growth potentials, creating actionable strategies in collaboration with the strategic research team.
  4. C-Level engagement: Work directly with senior executives, providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to influence key business decisions.
  5. Project management excellence: Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement by building and scaling best-practice project management capabilities.
  6. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, to ensure alignment and successful collaboration on strategic initiatives.
What you need to be successful:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Strategy & Business Development.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, scaleups, or consulting, with strong project management skills.
  • Substantial insurance industry expertise from previous roles.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder projects, including external partners.
  • Structured mindset with excellent team and communication skills.
  • Independent working style and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Native or C2 level fluency in German; fluency in English, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
