My client is a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed portfolio company in the HR & Data space and part of a leading European group based in Belgium. With strong operational performance and bold strategic ambition, the company is redefining how organizations access, manage, and develop talent through intelligent, data-driven solutions.

To drive its next growth phase, the company is looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Transformation Manager (f/m/d) to support the board at the executive level.

About the Role

As a Strategy & Transformation Manager you will act as the right hand to the board – enabling strategic clarity, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact, trusted role with wide exposure across all business functions and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage key strategic and operational initiatives on behalf of the CEO/CAO (Chief Acceleration Officer)
  • Prepare and structure executive decision-making processes, including board materials and investor updates
  • Conduct market, competitor, and innovation analyses to inform top-level priorities
  • Ensure follow-through and execution of leadership decisions across the organization
  • Act as a thought partner and sounding board on topics across strategy, tech, product, and org design
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead ad-hoc problem solving and drive business-critical special projects
