Change Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing boutique advisory firm to find a Strategy & Operations Experienced Senior Consultant/ Manager to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex strategic transformations across a wide range of industries—at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with cross-functional experts in restructuring, valuations, tax, and transactions to solve strategic and operational challenges.
• Identify and assess key risks and opportunities in transformation projects, and design pragmatic, tailored solutions.
• Translate strategic insights into financial models and business plans, working closely with Transaction Services, Valuations, and Restructuring teams.
• Develop and implement actionable roadmaps that drive measurable results for clients.
• Create impactful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders—board members, investors, C-suite executives, and M&A advisors.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements, from due diligence to strategic assessments and execution.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate team performance and foster development.
• Facilitate client workshops and strategy sessions, aligning on objectives and delivering progress updates.
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, pitches, and go-to-market strategies.
