As Strategic Transformation Manager for OPEn Core, you are accountable for governance, executive alignment, and lead special initiatives to secure programme success, reporting directly to the Director of ERP Transformation.

Tasks

• Take overall responsibility for structured communication, reporting, and decision support the TÜV SÜD Board of Management, Supervisory Board, TÜV SÜD Transformation Office, and other executive committees
• Continuously improve governance frameworks and decision-making processes in close collaboration with the OPEn Core PMO and team Define, steer, and oversee strategic initiatives and special projects, such as the development of global OPEn rollout strategy
• Manage ad hoc priorities, including budget reprioritisation, crisis management, other critical matters
• Ensure transparency, consistency, and execution excellence across all OPEn Core management topics

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategic programme roles
• Proven track record in large-scale IT or SAP transformation programmes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• High resilience and ability to manage complexity in a dynamic environment
