Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering enterprise ECM implementations or ownership of ECM platforms.
• Strong understanding of document management, archiving, and records management.
• Experience with SAP transformation programs is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of OpenText ECM platforms and integration with SAP is advantageous.

• Own the technical delivery and lifecycle management of the OpenText ECM solution in alignment with SAP S/4 Core Transformation and budget.
• Define, structure, and prioritize technical and functional requirements with business, SAP, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
• Lead solution design topics including document management, metadata, archiving, records management, access concepts, workflows, and SAP integration.
• Coordinate implementation activities with internal and external teams/vendors.
• Ensure operational readiness, incl. support model, documentation, and governance.
• Drive the solution roadmap, backlog, and platform evolution after go-live.
• Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and enterprise content governance.

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - ECM Platform (f/m/d) to take technical ownership of our Enterprise Content Management solution in strong alignment with our SAP S/4 Core Transformation. The role starts with a strong technical project lead focus, ensuring requirements definition, implementation alignment, and operational readiness of the OpenText ECM platform. After implementation, the role transitions into full solution ownership, driving lifecycle management and value realization across global business units.

Tasks

• Own the technical delivery and lifecycle management of the OpenText ECM solution in alignment with TÜV SÜD’s SAP S/4 Core Transformationand budget
• Define, structure, and prioritize technical and functional requirements together with business, SAP, IT, and compliance stakeholders
• Lead solution design topics including document management, metadata, archiving, records management, access concepts, workflows, and SAP integration
• Coordinate implementation activities with internalandexternalteams/vendors
• Ensure operational readiness, incl.support model, documentation,andgovernance
• Drive the solution roadmap, backlog, and platform evolution after go-live
• Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and enterprise content governance
• Lead and coordinate internal and/or external resources from a technical perspective

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise application implementationorsolution ownership
• Good understanding of ECM, document management, archiving, records management
• Experience with SAP transformation programsis astrong asset
• Knowledge of OpenText Extended ECM, SAP Extended ECM by OpenText, or comparable ECM platforms is a strong advantage
• Experience in requirements engineering, solution design, and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage complexity across business, IT, compliance, and external partners
• Strong communication, structuring, and decision-making capabilities
• Ownership mindset with accountability for solution quality, lifecycle value, and operational excellence
