Job Description:

Key Tasks

1. Act as an industry expert with deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, particularly supply chain planning, to guide clients toward improved processes that drive profit, enhance resource effectiveness, and improve overall process efficiency.
2. Use expert facilitation skills to lead clients to solutions and opportunities in business processes, resource use, and BY technology.
3. Stay updated on current industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
4. Assist in driving major software and services sales by demonstrating the value of proposed solutions and proposing a roadmap for greater success.
5. Collaborate with Principal and Senior Enterprise Architects on the Transformation ‘Blueprints,’ including leading the blueprint phase in BY projects.
6. Maintain close relationships with sales, management, consulting, customer support, and product management to secure and present proposal information to clients.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations and publications for industry conferences and forums.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor on complex, tier 1 manufacturing transformation programs.
9. Lead a proactive, cross-functional culture across the BY Customer Success and Delivery organization.
