Strategic Senior Procurement Manager (d/f/m)

We're looking for a Strategic Senior Procurement Manager (d/f/m) to join the Mobile Procurement Team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid role (1-3 office days/ week), and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

About The Procurement Team

We are going through a significant transformation. The mission of our local Mobile Procurement team will focus on understanding local market and commodity needs, implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, and optimizing workflows with technology-driven solutions. You will report to our Mobile Lead of Procurement.

What You Will Do

• You will manage a local commodity budget of approx. €50-100m in the area of Marketing and Technology

• You will work with the Global Sourcing team to align priorities and action plans

• You will be the main local Procurement contact for different stakeholders within your commodities

• You will drive supplier relationship management and build fruitful best value for money collaborations

• You will provide guidance about the Procurement process and lead sourcing initiatives locally to ensure successful and compliant execution

• You will identify cost improvement opportunities to lead efficiency and positive bottom line impact

• You will have the opportunity to co-create or adjust of ways of working and to drive sourcing automation

• You will contribute to an innovative AI-driven environment

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Procurement, with a strong focus on IT/Tech/ Marketing

• You are hands-on; willing to challenge status quo and to work as part of the corporate transformation

• With your continuous improvement mindset, you will identify opportunities to use existing processes and tools

• You know how to use and analyze data

• You are (business) fluent in German and English (written and verbally)
