Strategic Sales Planning & Market Expansion
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategic Sales, Pricing, or Commercial Excellence, preferably within B2B industrial manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or coatings.
Strong expertise in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and incentive program development.
Solid understanding of B2B sales models, key account management, and order fulfillment.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP CRM) and data analytics tools (Power BI).
Proven ability to drive commercial transformations and implement best-in-class sales methodologies.
Experience collaborating with finance, supply chain, marketing, and product teams.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Background in sales consulting is a plus.
