About Marissa Group

Marissa Group is a leading real estate development and operations company specializing in the creation of premium holiday destinations across Germany. Following the successful development of Marissa Resort at Dümmer See, we are now launching our most ambitious project to date: Marissa Lake Village, located at Reeser Meer in North Rhine-Westphalia.

This large-scale, waterfront resort will comprise more than 500 units and 9,000 sqm of central facilities, combining Scandinavian design, sustainable living, and exceptional infrastructure.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded Strategic Sales Manager to support the sale of residential holiday units to both private buyers and professional investors. This role is not a traditional real estate position. Instead, it offers the opportunity to engage in consultative, value-driven sales within a dynamic and fast-growing development environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the investment and purchase process while representing one of the region’s most high-profile leisure real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support prospective buyers and investors throughout the full acquisition process
  • Present the investment case of the units, including expected returns, usage options, and the involvement of Marissa Operations
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and engage select outbound prospects (no cold calling)
  • Conduct on-site presentations and guided tours at the Reeser Meer location, including use of mock-up homes and sales pavilions
  • Develop long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing and project development teams to align messaging, tools, and sales materials

Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in sales, client advisory, or investment consulting - ideally with experience in real estate, premium services, or asset-based sales.

  • 3–8 years of professional experience in sales, business development, real estate, or investment advisory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build trust-based client relationships
  • High degree of commercial awareness and confidence in discussing investment logic and returns
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to be regularly present on-site at Reeser Meer
