Job summary

BERNER Group sucht einen Strategischen Einkäufer (w/m/d) für Direct Materials in einem teilweise remote-Setup mit Standorten in Köln und Künzelsau. Sie entwickeln globale Beschaffungsstrategien, analysieren Märkte und treiben Cross-Functional-Sourcing-Projekte voran.

Sie führen Verhandlungen, managen Lieferantenverträge und verantworten Kostenoptimierung mittels TCO. Sie verfügen über ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Strategischen Einkauf bzw. Beschaffung in Industrie-/Handelsumfeld.
• Starke Marktkenntnisse, Lieferantenmanagement und Beschaffungsprozesse.
• Nachweisliche Erfolge in Vertragsverhandlungen und strategischen Beschaffungsinitiativen.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Beschaffungsstrategien für zugewiesene Direct-M材料-Produktgruppen.
• Analyse von Kategorien, Liefermärkten und Kostenstrukturen zur Identifikation von Chancen.
• Durchführung von Marktforschung und Risikomanagement.
• Lieferantenqualifikation, -bewertung und Aufbau eines leistungsfähigen Beschaffungsnetzwerks.
• Führen von Preis-, Vertrags- und Handelsverhandlungen sowie Aufbau langfristiger Rahmenvereinbarungen.
• Vertragsmanagement über den Lifecycle hinweg und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen und Leistungskennzahlen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualität, Produktion, Supply Chain und weiteren Abteilungen.
• Kostenoptimierung mittels Total Cost of Ownership.
