As a Strategic Project Manager reporting to the Chief of Staff in the CEO’s Office, you will drive the execution of the company’s most strategic initiatives, working across teams to deliver impactful results. You will play a key role in aligning cross-functional efforts with the company’s vision and goals, ensuring strategic priorities are met with impact and effective use of resources.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and make a direct impact on the company’s growth and innovation trajectory.

Key responsibilities :

Strategic Project Execution : Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and outcomes align with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Alignment and Communication : Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective communication across all project stages, providing regular updates to senior executives.

Resource and Change Management : Identify and coordinate resources needed for projects, managing dependencies and driving change adoption across teams while minimizing disruptions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting : Develop and maintain key project metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and evaluate the success of strategic initiatives against defined objectives.

Problem-Solving and Risk Mitigation : Anticipate challenges, proactively address roadblocks, and craft solutions to navigate complex project dynamics, ensuring sustained progress and quality outcomes.

Strategic Insight and Process Improvement : Provide strategic recommendations to improve project outcomes, identify process optimization opportunities, and contribute to refining the organization’s project management frameworks.

Your Profile :

4-6 years’ experience : Proven track record in strategic project delivery. Prior management consulting experience preferred, and prior experience working in a scaling tech organization is a strong plus.

Project leadership : Managed impactful, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Business and financial acumen : Strong grasp of corporate strategy and SaaS financial metrics

Executive collaboration : Experience working with senior leaders or C-suite.

Education : Bachelor’s required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Data-driven : Used metrics / KPIs for decision-making and optimization.

Key skills : Communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organizational agility, adaptability.

Certifications : PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma are a plus.
