Job Description:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Strategic Product Manager (all genders) in the Single Use and Integrated Platform Solutions Franchise within Process Solutions. In this role, you will lead the management of a product portfolio within the Integrated Platform Solutions team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will be accountable for formulating, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives to drive product success. You will work closely with R&D, commercial, operations, quality, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute annual operating plans. You will oversee the entire product life-cycle, including new product development, product launches, modifications, and product obsolescence. You will actively monitor market trends, customer feedback, sales performance, and margins to inform strategic business decisions and improve product line performance. Travel: Flexible and willing to travel internationally and domestically up to 10%.

Who you are:

• Education: Master’s Degree in science or engineering or in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in the bioprocessing industry and single-use manufacturing is highly desirable as is experience in marketing and/or product management experience in the life science
• Skills: strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills. Self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.
• Collaborative Mindset: excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key business partners.
