We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Strategic Design Team in Krailling (remote/hybrid working possible).

Your Mission

• Represent the customer throughout hardware, software, and service solution development, ensuring a user-centric approach in the solution development and delivery process in product, workflow, and training design.
• Support Product Management and Engineering to strategically prioritize hardware user requirements within a product development and testing process.
• Conduct market and ethnographic research and contextual design investigations to develop actionable insights and translate them into opportunity areas.
• Improve frameworks for gathering, managing, and integrating customer and user feedback into the development process of solutions / product roadmaps.
• Collaborate on cross-functional UX and CX projects to identify and implement measures that enhance our customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to deliver compelling board presentations & bring research to life (e.g., through personas, customer journeys, service models, etc.).

Your Talents

• Completed studies in Engineering, Design, Product Management or a related field with a strong background in market and solution adoption investigations.
• Proven experience in strategic or experience design, ideally in hardware or machine manufacturing context.
• Experience managing hardware & software projects with a focus on experience design.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate research findings into actionable insights and new business models, and to drive strategic cultural and digital change programs.
• Proficiency in creating personas, customer journeys, system maps, and other visual communication tools, and in driving UX and CX strategies within complex projects.
• Flexible working time models, 30 days of vacation.
