Manage strategic procurement activities within the area of Professional Services (Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Tax & Finance, Technical and Audit Services) and the existing supplier and contract portfolio to identify value opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new demands and projects, ensuring alignment with internal and external customer needs.
Collect and analyze spend data for the assigned categories to elaborate sourcing strategies.
Conduct tender and supplier selection processes.
Negotiate competitive pricing and services contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Manage and foster strategic supplier relationships.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality aspects.
Contribute to the annual procurement KPI targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on procurement or similar education with additional professional training and experiences.
Several years of working experience in a Strategic Procurement Department in a comparable position is preferable, including experience in managing procurement projects and negotiating with suppliers.
Excellent written and oral English language skills.
Firm experience with SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Distinct intercultural competence and strong conflict resolution, communication and cooperation skills.
Analytical, conceptual and methodical skills.
Ability to work on various tasks in parallel.
Ability to establish trusting relationships across multiple functions and with leadership.
