Qualifikationen

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Strategic Pricing Manager" (m/f/d).

• Derive and implement pricing strategies for Airbus product lines to maximize profitability and market share.
• Analyze relevant data, assess technical characteristics, and group material into product groups with proposed pricing strategies.
• Identify and implement means to improve strategic and operational processes to boost efficiency and accuracy in Airbus pricing departments.
• Incorporate customer feedback and market demands into pricing strategies to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze pricing risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure competitive price positioning and profitability.
• Develop key performance indicators related to sales pricing activities.
• Analyze relevant data to identify market trends, measure pricing quality, propose adjustments, and develop and maintain pricing tools.
• Work together with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to align expectations.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and existing analysis.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, aircraft construction, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• More than two years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, product development, and process improvement.
• More than one year of professional experience in finance.
• Good knowledge of change management and project management.
• Data analysis skills are required.
• Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and SAP.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Flexibility for occasional trips within Europe (once or twice a year).
