Cryopreservation is an advanced medical procedure that places a person into a state of biological preservation after legal death, with the hope of revival in the future when medical technology has advanced enough to treat the cause of death. This offers the possibility of extending life through future medical breakthroughs.

Human cryopreservation has been available for over 50 years. We have introduced this service to Europe and are expanding into the US. As we enter our fifth year of customer acquisition, we seek motivated, forward-thinking individuals to help us scale our operations.

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive business development and fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining a network of investors (UHNWIs, family offices, strategic funders, etc.)
• Managing investor outreach, including communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Leading targeted fundraising initiatives and campaigns
• Identifying new funding opportunities through partnerships and networking
• Representing the company at events across Europe and the US (frequent travel required)
• Connecting the company with funders and partners to support growth

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• German language skills are a plus
• Experience in investor relations, startup fundraising, venture capital, or leadership roles
• Ability to build and nurture high-value networks
• Comfort with outreach and relationship-building, both in person and remotely
• Understanding of startup fundraising and investor expectations
• Motivation aligned with our mission—interest in longevity, biotech, or breakthrough innovation
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and the US
• Ability to work directly with the leadership team and CEO
