THE ROLE :
Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for our growing TikTok B2B affiliate team. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager with business development / sales experience, to support the growth of the TikTok for the Small Business Global B2B program in Germany. This person will be required to join client calls to pitch high-value opportunities, provide strategic insights, and report on their progress towards goals. Thinking with a 'how not if' mentality, maintaining an action-oriented approach, and effective questioning will be critical in this role.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Revenue :
- Publisher Performance: Contribute to the overall revenue goal for the Growth & Partnerships department, and the growth of managed clients, through creating high-potential relationships and optimizing publishers, including paid placements, CPA increases, and product reviews.
- Performance and Placement Trackers: Consistently update relationship and placement trackers with partnership details and client-approved placements.
- SME in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: Be a trusted, knowledgeable resource, proactively leading conversations and sharing expertise across the organization.
Business Development and Publisher Relationships :
- Proactive Research: Identify new high-quality partnerships and opportunities based on client needs and industry trends, utilizing resources like the Pub Dev weekly roundup and SimilarWeb.
- Persuasiveness: Recruit high-potential partners, explain the value of joining client programs, and negotiate terms effectively.
- Relationship Fostering and Growth: Maintain excellent interactions with top publishers and build a trusted network.
- Written and Verbal Communication: Communicate clearly and engagingly via cold emails and ongoing correspondence, managing day-to-day communication independently.
- Initiative: Demonstrate a track record of identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Strategy and Execution :
- Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals: Participate in kickoff and ongoing client calls, understanding and aligning with their KPIs.
- Creation and Ongoing Ownership of Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies, managing most activities independently.
- Strategy Pivots: Adapt strategies as needed, communicate effectively, and set realistic expectations.
Pitching Opportunities :
- Persuasiveness: Challenge the status quo, pitch innovative ideas, and justify partnerships with data and metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

- Expertise in social media, mobile apps, digital marketing.
- Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable digital ads.
- Experience with small business sales or account management.
