Job summary

10x Team is seeking a Freelance Strategic Partnership Consultant – AI Trainer to help train and refine AI models through strategic partnerships work. You will review outputs related to partnerships, negotiation scenarios, and ecosystem building, all on a flexible, project-based schedule.

Based in the EU or UK, you will work 8–20 hours per week remotely, providing actionable feedback and creating scenario variations drawn from your experience in alliance management and business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years of experience in strategic partnerships or related fields.
• Experience in alliance development and partner management preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI trainer outputs for partnerships and negotiations.
• Assess AI-generated guidance on partner engagement and deal structuring.

• Identify inaccuracies or gaps in AI insights and provide actionable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance AI-generated outputs covering strategic partnerships, alliance management, and business negotiations

• Assess the realism and effectiveness of AI-powered recommendations related to partner engagement, deal structuring, and ecosystem building
