Job summary

10x Team is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to serve as an AI Trainer on a freelance basis. Work 8–20 hours per week remotely from the EU or UK, applying your deal experience to train AI models in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.

Based in the EU or UK, you will review AI outputs, craft real-world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve AI performance. This flexible engagement is project-based with remote collaboration across borders.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking including M&A and capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience training or mentoring others is a plus.
• Comfortable with remote, project-based work across EU/UK

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated outputs related to investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, and capital markets.
• Evaluate practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for transaction execution and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, and capital markets
• Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for transaction execution, financial analysis, and deal assessment
• Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies from your investment banking experience
• Generate scenario variations reflecting industry best practices, financial risk assessment, and compliance
• Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply investment banking concepts and methodologies

About You:

• Experienced Investment Banking Analyst with a background in M&A, capital markets, and financial modeling
• Based in the EU or UK
• Skilled in industry-standard financial modeling tools, transaction structuring, and market analysis
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
