We are looking for a Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFitfuture and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

The Strategic Partner Account Manager will drive the establishment, management, and growth of Acronis’ presence within existing and new service provider partners. This role will work closely with sales managers and leaders at our service providers to increase revenue, customer base, and market share. The role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills, balancing short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. Decisions and actions taken locally may have a global impact due to the scale of our largest service provider partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Establish, manage, and grow Acronis’ presence within existing and new service provider partners.
  • Grow incremental Annual Recurring Revenue/sales through sales initiatives.
  • Train, onboard, and enable new/prospective service providers.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Sessions with assigned SP partners.
  • Enable cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy, and other teams, including executives.
  • Work with Service Providers to sell to their existing customer base and increase adoption of Acronis Cyber Protection services.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless account management and communication.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience, especially with strategic large accounts.
  • 3+ years of experience managing service provider partners, focusing on backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies.
  • Strong strategic business development, planning, and sales skills.
  • Technical aptitude for delivering sales and product training, understanding product positioning and client needs.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
