Strategic Operations Manager

Our Client, Venture Capital firm, is looking for a Strategic Operations Associate to support their Senior Members in driving key initiatives, managing complex projects, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced venture capital firm. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the General Partner to shape and execute high-impact strategic initiatives
• Develop compelling presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Manage and optimize the Managing Partner’s schedule, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate internal meetings and external engagements, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups
• Lead special projects and ensure alignment with firm-wide goals
• Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
• Monitor implementation progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
• 1–2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Deep interest in technology, startups, and venture capital
• Fluent in English and German
