The Role

Location: Hamburg, Bristol or Warsaw

The team acts as an internal consulting unit to enhance GSC capabilities, deepen impact, and improve efficiency through partnerships. The Strategic Initiatives Lead will address strategic matters and advise the Global Supply Chain leadership on strategy, network, process, or organizational topics, working with senior clients and stakeholders to lead initiatives and analyze problems from end to end.

Principle Accountabilities

• Lead and deliver strategic optimization initiatives across Global Supply Chain areas, managing projects or working independently.
• Ensure relevant data collection, validation, and analysis to generate insights.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic projects in Operations, Supply Chain, and related areas.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to envision future scenarios for supply chain strategy.
• Propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Standardize and improve initiative management processes.
• Generate fact-based insights proactively for supply chain optimization.
• Develop service offerings aligned with business needs and engage stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in supply chain management consulting or related roles.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Curious, open-minded, and independent mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supply chain network design and optimization.
• Additional language skills in German or Polish are beneficial.
