Strategic Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess business scenarios, strategic initiatives, and investment cases.
• Own the company’s long-term business case, ensuring it remains a robust tool to support fundraising and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and investor relations to prepare compelling fundraising materials, pitch decks, and financial storytelling for current and prospective investors.
• Support due diligence processes by providing accurate, well-structured financial analyses and documentation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across multiple legal entities, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Standardise and automate reporting tools to enhance transparency, accuracy, and decision-making speed.
• Contribute financial expertise to strategic and operational projects across engineering, operations, and business development.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big Four transaction advisory, or a high-growth finance/strategy role.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with proven ability to build and manage integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting to executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient, adaptable, and motivated to create impact in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
