As our Finance Projects & Transformation Associate, you’ll join us at a key moment of rapid growth, helping expand our AI-driven hospitality business across European markets.

You will have an impact on:

1. Provide strategic financial advice to the CFO, Head of Finance and senior management on funding, capital structure and process optimisation.
2. Optimise and automate internal financial processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability and digital solutions.
3. Identify and implement new software solutions to further digitise and streamline finance operations.
4. Support fundraising projects (equity & debt) and develop innovative funding strategies.
5. Optimise payment processes to improve accuracy and efficiency of payments from platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe).
6. Data-driven decision making: Standardising and integrating financial and project data for greater control and transparency.

What you will add:

1. 2-5 years of experience in finance, fast-paced environment, startups.
2. Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
3. Interest in innovative financing strategies and business models.
4. Independent and proactive working style with an eye for optimization potential.
5. Experience with implementing software solutions is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear and structured way.
7. Fluency in German is a big plus.
