Strategic New Business Development Manager - Thermoformed Plastics

Location: European geographical patch to be covered

Sector: Medical/Pharmaceutical

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Manager specializing in Thermoformed Plastics with a reputable multi national company. Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

*Must have Medical and Pharma Packaging Sales experience*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for thermoformed products in the medical sector across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted growth.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development within the Rigid Plastics industry, specifically with thermoformed products.
  • Background in the medical, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs in the medical market.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning.
