About LomaAI: LomaAI is an emerging AgTech startup leveraging AI, geospatial data, and satellite analytics to detect fraud, waste, and abuse in agricultural and environmental reporting systems. Our mission is to build data integrity tools that strengthen global food systems, resource management, and environmental compliance.

Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor with expertise in one or more of the following areas: AgTech or Precision Agriculture, GIS and remote sensing, Government/regulatory compliance (e.g., USDA, EPA), Fraud detection or geospatial data integrity, or Venture strategy and scaling deep-tech startups. As an advisor, you’ll provide high-level guidance to LomaAI’s founding team on product development, market entry, partnerships, and technical frameworks. This is a hands-on strategic role with opportunities to influence product direction and company growth.

Responsibilities: Advise on technical direction, product-market fit, and regulatory positioning; Introduce relevant contacts in government, agriculture, or data sectors; Attend monthly strategy meetings (virtual) and provide feedback to the team; Review pitch decks, funding strategy, and GTM approach as needed.

Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in a relevant field (AgTech, GIS, AI, or regulatory consulting); Strong network in agriculture, satellite data, government, or environmental sectors; Prior experience advising or mentoring startups is a plus; Passion for impact-driven innovation in agriculture or environmental tech.

Compensation: This is an unpaid advisory role to start, with equity or paid options negotiable based on engagement level.
