Sales Excellence - Orchestrates the creation of long-term strategies aimed at building a level of loyalty that would be hard for competitors to overcome. - Leverages understanding of customer business and engages Microsoft decision makers to drive customer's strategy, goals, and optimization. - Earns and maintains status as a trusted advisor to C-level business decision makers of the assigned account by leveraging industry experience. Strategic Thinking - Leverages industry-focused business insights and opportunities to create long-term, competitive advantage for the customer. - Engages in strategic discussions by articulating ideas to evolve customer business model, using Microsoft capabilities to solve customer's complex business problems. Account Management - Manages the development multi-year customer account plan based on a sustainable, long-term business portfolio. - Leads efforts with key internal and external partners and business including vertical industry partners with technical decision makers.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required/Minimum Qualifications - Significant years*of experience in working in the industry of Manufacturing and Energy and/or Mobility(Rail) driving digital transformation(*equivalent to Director level) - Significant years* of experience making recommendations and collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.(*equivalent to Director level) - Significant years* of experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.(*equivalent to Director level) Additional or preferred qualifications - Understanding of Japanese enterprise business culture is preferrable. - Experience in both large manufacturing enterprise end-user account sales and partner business development is preferrable.
