We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented sales professional to drive high-value enterprise deals within a defined set of accounts in your market unit. If you’re passionate about building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering value to customers, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a net-new sales executive focused on strategic target accounts, you’ll bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a consultative approach to building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll identify opportunities, grow pipeline, and close deals that make a meaningful impact.

You’ll lead with IFS’s award-winning solutions, using your industry expertise and value-based selling skills to help customers solve real business challenges. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, matrixed organization that values diverse perspectives and teamwork.

  • A track record of success in enterprise software sales, ideally with experience in closing large deals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute a thoughtful and inclusive go-to-market strategy for your target industries.
  • Build and maintain a territory plan and account plans that reflect customer needs and business goals.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from demand generation and discovery to evaluation, proposal, and closing.
  • Partner with delivery teams and external partners to ensure customer success and long-term value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting, and contribute to a culture of transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on delivering results across relevant industries and geographic markets.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the resilience to navigate complex challenges and the openness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Appreciation for structured sales processes, including cadence, forecasting, and transparent reporting.
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a focus on long-term customer success.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners and partner managers to engage senior decision-makers and co-create value.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in English and any additional language relevant to your market.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization, building relationships across teams, and leveraging support to achieve shared goals.
