  • Goal: Create a seamless customer experience and act as the internal advocate for BASF across Schneider Electric

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer: Develop deep customer relationships and build trust; gain access at different levels; take ownership of customer issues; proactively develop and implement an annual calendar for executive reviews, innovation conversations, and roundtables; be the expert regarding the customer, their business, and opportunities; develop and grow Schneider Electric's share of wallet profitably; identify new business opportunities; obtain internal alignment; orchestrate a team of regional/local Account Managers and Sales Specialists; define and implement a clear account strategy; lead the global extended team; manage internal stakeholders to ensure support and customer satisfaction.

What we expect:

  • Education: College degree (Bachelors) in engineering, IT / OT technology, or sustainability
  • Experience: Deep understanding of global end-user industries, especially in the chemical sector and new energy markets; knowledge of industrial automation, power distribution, and IT / OT digital simulation; proven track record in global business development, project management, and energy transition; experience leading diverse teams; customer-facing experience; fluent in German and English.
