We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive (f/m/d) to collaborate with cross-functional teams, win SaaS business, and help major pharmaceutical and CRO/CDMO organizations achieve their milestones across the biopharma lifecycle.

This remote position is based in Europe, with frequent travel to North America and EMEA, and requires access to our offices in Boston (USA) and Woking (UK).

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Vision: Forge executive relationships and deliver growth in key customers and targets, aligning with company strategy and maintaining rigorous management and reporting.
  2. Engagement: Drive in-person engagement with stakeholders, build relationships, and influence strategies for short and long-term growth.
  3. Performance: Lead cross-functional teams to win and expand customer accounts, owning account strategy and execution via SFDC.
  4. Results: Achieve new logo acquisition and ARR expansion, with accurate forecasting and timely delivery of new business bookings.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals exceeding 1M ARR.
  • Typically 8+ years of senior sales experience, capable of managing complex sales cycles (12–18 months).
  • Experience engaging C-Suite decision-makers to close multi-million-dollar SaaS deals and influence customer strategy.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed SaaS sales targets through new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities, balancing short-term results with strategic planning.
  • Understanding of R&D or manufacturing challenges within the BioPharma and CDMO markets.

It would be a plus if you also have experience in:

  • Pharmaceutical and life sciences sales.
  • Using Challenger sales methodology for strategic account growth.
  • A scientific or scientific sales background in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or Process Engineering.
