We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (f/m/d):

  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to win SaaS business and drive SaaS bookings and ARR growth in targeted biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and CRO/CDMO accounts.
  • This is a remote role based in Europe, requiring frequent travel to North America, EMEA, and visits to our offices in Boston and Woking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building executive relationships and delivering growth within key accounts.
  • Driving in-person engagement with stakeholders and influencing account strategies for short and long-term growth.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to expand customer accounts and executing account strategies using SFDC.
  • Achieving new logo acquisition and ARR expansion, with accurate forecasting and timely delivery of bookings.

Success in this role involves:

  • Proven experience closing enterprise SaaS deals (>1M ARR).
  • 8+ years of senior sales experience in complex sales cycles (12–18 months).
  • Engaging C-Suite decision-makers to close multi-million-dollar SaaS deals and influence strategies.
  • Consistent delivery against sales targets and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of R&D and manufacturing challenges within BioPharma and CDMO markets.

Preferred additional experience:

  • Pharmaceutical or life sciences sales background.
  • Experience with Challenger sales methodology.
  • Scientific background in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or Process Engineering.
