We are seeking a talented Strategic Account Executive to join our Berlin office.

This role involves engaging qualified strategic prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role suited for high-energy, smart salespeople.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage exceptional prospecting skills to build pipeline and find new business;
  • Guide SMB/Mid-Market prospects through our sales cycle from qualification to closing, documenting all interactions (calls, emails, demos) in Salesforce;
  • Use a consultative selling approach to uncover pain points and educate prospects about Aircall’s value through discovery calls and tailored demos;
  • Work closely with other teams (Sales Development, Onboarding, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support) to drive opportunities to closure;
  • Accurately forecast new revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly, meet quotas, and deliver revenue;
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in German with professional proficiency in English;
  • At least 2 years of experience closing SMB/Mid-Market SaaS deals above 20K€ ARR;
  • Proven success in closing new business and generating pipeline through prospecting;
  • A proactive, driven sales approach to identify pains, create urgency, and own the sales process;
  • Familiarity with SPICED or MEDDIC sales methodologies and ability to challenge prospects;
  • Willingness to learn and be coached; adaptability to evolving products and processes;
  • Resourceful and proactive in finding answers and closing deals;
  • Desire for growth within the AE role, with long-term development and earning potential.
