emplify GmbH in Wiesbaden sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Straßen- und Tiefbau zur Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Asphalt- und Betonarbeiten auf verschiedenen Bauflächen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören das Lesen von Plänen, das Vorbereiten von Untergründen, der Einsatz von Asphaltiermaschinen und Walzen sowie die Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit gemäß Vorschriften.

Qualifikationen

• Berufsbild: Planung und Vorbereitung von Baustellen aus Blaupausen/Arbeitsaufträgen.
• Durchführung von Asphaltarbeiten, Straßen- und Parkplatzbau mit korrekter Dicke/Qualität.
• Erd- und Grundvorbereitung durch Aufschüttung von Kies, Sand und Zuschlagstoffen.
• Bedienung schwerer Baumaschinen inklusive Asphaltiermaschinen, Walzen, Spreader.
• Oberflächenbehandlung durch Schutzöle/ Versiegelungen.
• Betonarbeiten wie Bordsteine setzen und Ausbesserungen.
• Transport/Logistik von Geräten und Material unter Sicherheitsvorgaben.

Aufgaben

• Baufelder planen und vorbereiten anhand von Plänen oder Arbeitsaufträgen.
• Asphaltflächen gießen, glätten und verdichten.
• Untergrund durch Kies/Sand/Zuschlag liefern und ausgleichen.
• Schweres Baugerät wie Asphaltiermaschinen bedienen.
• Oberflächenbehandlung zum Schutz der fertigen Flächen.
• Betonarbeiten wie Bordsteine setzen unterstützen.
• Betreiben und Warten von Transportfahrzeugen zu Baustellen.

* Plans and prepares construction sites by reading blueprints, work orders, or sketches to layout the project and determine the necessary surface preparation, tools, and materials.
* Builds and repairs asphalt surfaces such as roads, walkways, and parking lots, ensuring the material is laid to the correct thickness and grade.
* Prepares and levels ground bases by applying and smoothing out gravel, sand, and crushed stone to create a solid foundation for paving.
* Operates heavy construction equipment including asphalt paving machines, road rollers, and slag spreaders to lay and compact materials.
* Applies surface treatments by spraying protective asphalt oil penetrant or sealants to preserve and finish completed surfaces.
* Performs concrete work such as setting curb stones and patching concrete structures in connection with road repairs.
* Drives and maintains transport vehicles to safely move equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job sites in compliance with safety regulations.

A-3601-5:
Completed vocational training of at least 30 months in the appropriate trade.
OR
5 years of specialized experience.
A-3601-6:
Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be able to perform the duties independently.
OR
8 years of specialized experience of which 3 years must have been performed at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.
