emplify GmbH sucht eine Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit mit umfassender Erfahrung in SOHMS und Unfalluntersuchungen. Sie koordinieren Gesundheitsüberwachung, analysieren Risikobereiche und publizieren Sicherheitsinformationen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, führen technische Kontrollen durch und erstellen Berichte für das Führungsteam. Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1) sind erforderlich; AsiG-zertifiziertes Profil ist von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Office-Automatisierungsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich.
• Englische Sprachkompetenz C1 ist erforderlich.
• Deutsche Sprachkompetenz C2 ist erforderlich.
• Zertifikat nach AsiG plus eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Vergleichbares ist erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Beratung des Kommandeurs in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und SOHMS.
• Durchführung technischer Sicherheitsinspektionen in allen Objekten.
• Leitung von Untersuchungen bei Unfällen von Militär, Zivilisten und Auftragnehmern.
• Entwicklung und Durchführung von Sicherheitsschulungen und regelmäßigen Sicherheitskampagnen.
• Koordination medizinischer Überwachung und Zusammenarbeit mit Präventionsmedizin.
• Prüfung von technischen Zeichnungen auf Sicherheit.
• Berichtserstellung und Briefings zu Programmkennzahlen.

WHO MAY APPLY?

Current INTERNAL Local National Employees throughout Germany. This covers all current Local National employees of the U.S. Forces in Germany, including U.S. Air Force and AAFES-Europe within Germany

AND

EXTERNAL Local National Applicants, who reside in Germany.

• Serves as the principal advisor to the Commander on all Safety & Occupational Health Management System (SOHMS) matters, ensuring full compliance with US Army standards and facilitating the recurring SOHEAC council.
• Plans and conducts technical safety inspections across all facility areas (warehouses, motor pools, clinics, offices), identifies hazards, assigns risk codes, and enforces corrective action plans.
• Leads investigations for all military, civilian, and contractor accidents; documents findings in the Army Safety Management Information System (ASMIS); and analyzes trends to prevent recurrence.
• Develops and conducts safety training for unit safety officers and personnel, publishes the monthly safety newsletter, and executes at least one major safety awareness campaign per quarter.
• Coordinates occupational health medical surveillance/exams, collaborates with preventive medicine, and represents USAMMCE at USAREUR, AMC, and Garrison conferences.
• Reviews technical drawings and plans for safety compliance, evaluates division-level safety program effectiveness, and briefs leadership on program metrics.

Certificate as a safety professional in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (AsiG) PLUS apprenticeship in a commercial, business or administrative occupation, e.g., Industriekaufmann/frau, Kaufmann/frau im Gross- und Einzelhandel, oder in steuer- und wirtschaftsberatenden Berufen, Rechtsanwaltkanzleien, Banken oder Arztpraxen, or in a related technical trade, or similar occupation PLUS job related experience gained in a professional, technical or supervisory position requiring knowledge, application, and enforcement of the principles and techniques of accident prevention, accident investigation, industrial engineering, fire prevention, and inspection of workplaces and activities. The experience must have provided knowledge of safety and occupational health principles, especially in facility safety, practices, procedures and standards applicable to a range of administrative duties.
