emplify GmbH in Kaiserslautern is seeking a qualified vehicle technician to diagnose and repair complex hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on military and commercial wheeled vehicles. Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training of at least 30 months in the appropriate trade or 5 years of specialized experience.
• 2 years at wage group 5 or equivalent, or 8 years of specialized experience with 3 years at wage group 5 or equivalent.
• If required, incumbent may perform TDY within and outside Germany, shift work, weekends and holidays.
• Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• English language proficiency level A1 and German level B1 required.
• Driver's license class B required; C and CE desired.

• Diagnosing complex, interacting malfunctions across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems, subsystems, and accessories.
• Repairing core components including engines, transmissions, differentials, axles, steering, braking systems, and related fuel and electrical units.
• Performing comprehensive repair and maintenance on diverse wheeled vehicles, including tactical, commercial, industrial, and heavy-duty auxiliary equipment.
• Executing precision testing, adjustments, and utilizing machine tools to recondition worn parts and assemblies.
• Performing minor part modifications, basic bodywork, welding, straightening, and soldering tasks.
• Selecting and safely operating specialized test equipment, hand tools, and power tools required for daily operations.

A3-5823-06:

• Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be able to perform the duties independently.
• OR
• 8 years of specialized experience of which 3 years must have been performed at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.

• If requirement exists, the incumbent of this position is obligated to perform TDY within and outside Germany, shift work, weekend and holiday work.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
