Qualifikationen

• Full clean Category B driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with stock control systems is beneficial.
• Experience in aviation industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Manage and control stock movements into and out of stores, physically and in the inventory system.
• Coordinate material shipments throughout the Ryanair network.
• Support the tooling store and ensure tooling is issued and calibrated correctly.
• Ensure activities in stores are controlled per internal procedures and EASA regulations.
• Assist with internal and external quality audits.
• Move parts through PAM stores and the Ryanair network, ensuring proper material control.

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of the PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft, at our hangar facility located in Hahn Airport, Germany.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Manage and control stock movements into and out of stores, both physically and within our inventory management system.
• Coordinate material shipments throughout the Ryanair network.
• Support the smooth operation of the tooling store, maintaining control of aircraft tooling in accordance with company procedures. Ensure aircraft tooling is issued and calibrated correctly.
• Ensure that all activities you carry out within stores are controlled and monitored according to internal procedures and EASA regulations.
• Support the Stores Team Leaders with the control of time-sensitive material, such as chemicals.
• Support the Stores Supervisor and Team Leaders in preparing for and carrying out internal and external quality audits.
• Assist with all activities related to the movement of parts through PAM stores and the Ryanair network.
• Ensure that all materials are controlled in accordance with internal processes and quality procedures.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with AMOS or other stock control databases/software is beneficial.
• A knowledge of quality processes and procedures is preferable.
• Experience working within the aviation industry is advantageous.
• Dangerous Goods knowledge and experience with cycle counting is beneficial.
• Candidates must hold a full clean Category B driver’s license.
