Sheet Metal Workers – Join Our Team in Hahn, Germany

Responsibilities

• Perform structural repairs and part replacements on Boeing 737-800 aircraft in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory standards
• Carry out metal assembly tasks including cutting, filing, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting, and bucking
• Operate standard tools and equipment such as bending machines, drills, and grinders
• Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
• Identify and implement effective repair solutions using the Structural Repair Manual (SRM)
• Complete both routine and non-routine aircraft structural tasks with a focus on quality and compliance
• Ensure accurate completion and certification of aircraft documentation in line with MOE and company procedures

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the materials used in aviation
