With our significant growth plans, we are looking for a Store Manager to join us in this location to onboard and train, in preparation to move into their own store. Candidates need to be open & willing to move to other Primark locations, as our markets grow. The assigned store may be a new or existing store. By taking the role of Store Manager- Unassigned, you agree to be assigned to a Store Manager role within a geographic area, following your successful completion of training. Continued employment is contingent on store placement and training success.
During onboarding, you will work with an experienced Primark Store Manager to prepare for your own store, learning all aspects of store operations. This experience is designed to equip you with the tools to succeed and lead your own store.
As a Store Manager, you will set the store vision, drive continuous improvement, and act as a role model for your team. You will work to maximize sales, maintain standards, and motivate your team to exceed customer expectations, delivering Primark’s value proposition of quality fashion and service.
You will manage inventory, coach teams, analyze reports, and implement strategies to improve store performance, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

Prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required. You should possess:

The pay range is: $107,000-$126,000. This is an estimate and may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
