Store Manager (m/w/d)

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation and turnover of the shop and the achievement of targets.

The most important tasks include:

1. Creation of personnel deployment plans and time sheets
2. Evaluating and analysing various KPIs
3. Close cooperation and correspondence with retail management
4. Taking on administrative tasks and reporting
5. Induction and training of new employees

In addition, you ensure absolute customer satisfaction with your friendly, open and competent manner and represent the brand and the values of the company:

1. Guarantee of optimum customer service
2. Active customer care with individual, competent and friendly advice
3. Ensuring an appealing presentation of our product range
4. Visual merchandising with sales-promoting product presentation
5. Carrying out all checkout procedures, including cash register closing
6. Receiving and processing complaints
7. Assisting with promotional and marketing campaigns in the store
8. Receiving, checking and processing goods
9. Assisting with the preparation and realisation of inventories

Your profile:

1. Successfully completed commercial vocational training
2. First professional experience in a management position
3. At least 3 years of experience in retail
4. High affinity for sports and fashion
5. Independent and autonomous way of working
6. Excellent communication skills
7. High service orientation and enjoy working with other people on a daily basis
8. Good knowledge of German and English
9. Commitment, flexibility & ability to work in a team (flexible work schedule, including weekends)
