Zusammenfassung

New Balance Germany GmbH in Stuttgart sucht eine/n Store Manager (m/w/d) zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Filialbetriebs, Umsatzsteigerung und Zielerreichung. Du leitest das Team, gestaltest Verkaufsflächen attraktiv und betreust Kunden kompetent.

Aufgaben umfassen Personaleinsatz, KPI-Auswertung, Reporting sowie Mitarbeit bei Promoaktionen und Inventuren. Voraussetzung ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, Teamgeist, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition wünschenswert.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Einzelhandelserfahrung.
• Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Als Store Manager bist du für den reibungslosen Betrieb sowie für den Umsatz der Filiale und die Erreichung der Ziele verantwortlich.

Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Personaleinsatzplänen und Zeitnachweisen
• Auswertung und Analyse verschiedener KPI’s
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Korrespondenz mit dem Retail Management
• Übernahme von Verwaltungsaufgaben und Reportings
• Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter
• Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices
• Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller, kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung
• Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments
• Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation
• Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge inkl. Kassenabschluss
• Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
• Mitwirkung bei Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store
• Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung
• Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren

Dein Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel
• Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion
• Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen Menschen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler Einsatzplan, einschließlich Wochenende)

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• First professional experience in a management position
• At least 3 years of experience in retail
• High affinity for sports and fashion
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Excellent communication skills
• High service orientation and enjoy working with other people on a daily basis
