Zusammenfassung

New Balance Germany GmbH sucht am Standort Stuttgart eine/n Store Manager (m/w/d). Als Store Manager sorgst du für reibungslosen Filialbetrieb, Umsatz und Zielerreichung in einer dynamischen, internationalen Umgebung.

Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, mindestens 3 Jahre Einzelhandelserfahrung und Führungsverantwortung mit. Du bist kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch. Wochenendarbeit wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel.
• Erste Führungsverantwortung bzw. Führungserfahrung.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Servicekompetenz.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Personaleinsatzplänen und Zeitnachweisen.

Store Manager (m/w/d)

Als Store Manager bist du für den reibungslosen Betrieb sowie für den Umsatz der Filiale und die Erreichung der Ziele verantwortlich.

Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben zählen dabei:

• Erstellung von Personaleinsatzplänen und Zeitnachweisen
• Auswertung und Analyse verschiedener KPI’s
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Korrespondenz mit dem Retail Management
• Übernahme von Verwaltungsaufgaben und Reportings
• Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter

Darüber hinaus sorgst du mit deiner sympathischen, offenen und kompetenten Art für absolute Kundenzufriedenheit und vertrittst hierbei die Marke sowie die Werte des Unternehmens:

• Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices
• Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller, kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung
• Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments
• Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation
• Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge inkl. Kassenabschluss
• Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
• Mitwirkung bei Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store
• Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung
• Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren

Dein Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel
• Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion
• Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen Menschen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler Einsatzplan, einschließlich Wochenende)

Store Manager (m/w/d)

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation and turnover of the shop and the achievement of targets.

The most important tasks include:

• Creation of personnel deployment plans and time sheets
• Evaluating and analysing various KPIs
• Close cooperation and correspondence with retail management
• Taking on administrative tasks and reporting
• Induction and training of new employees

In addition, you ensure absolute customer satisfaction with your friendly, open and competent manner and represent the brand and the values of the company:

• Guarantee of optimum customer service
• Active customer care with individual, competent and friendly advice
• Ensuring an appealing presentation of our product range
• Visual merchandising with sales-promoting product presentation
• Carrying out all checkout procedures, including cash register closing
• Receiving and processing complaints
• Assisting with promotional and marketing campaigns in the store
• Receiving, checking and processing goods
• Assisting with the preparation and realisation of inventories

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• First professional experience in a management position
• At least 3 years of experience in retail
• High affinity for sports and fashion
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Excellent communication skills
• High service orientation and enjoy working with other people on a daily basis
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Commitment, flexibility & ability to work in a team (flexible work schedule, including weekends)
